Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
That's Billy I'm guessing. Anyways, moved your thread, and changed the purpose of this section to muscle car discussion in general. Seems I forgot to make a section for that. And I created an off topic section. As for My favorite types of Muscle cars. I like obscure cars, like the AMC AMX. I also like first gen and fourth gen Monte Carlo's and Gbody's.

yea it is me,billy i like the fast back 67 shelby gt. 500s and the earlier 1970s nova but montes are nice care havent seen many done very well, (would you consider 1990 mustang a muscle car?) cause after 1987 very few cars can be considered muscle, my bad i didnt know were to put it

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
A fox body mustang? It can be considered a muscle car. It's no different than any other "muscle car" of the 80's though. It has smog equipment and catalytic converters, and as such, some people stay away from them. But at the same time, I believe they come with a 302 that isn't much different than one from the late 60's. Mind you, I'm no ford expert, but generally speaking, I do consider 80's cars Muscle Cars, especially when people modify them.
Speaking of fox bodies, I saw a very nice one at a dealership I was applying at, sounded good too with the aftermarket exhaust it had.

Were talking dream cars and no budget? Hmm......this is tough. I like the normal roadrunner and charger, but if I had a choice I'm not sure if I would pick them out of any car.
I think I'd go with one of those Super Stock cars of the 60's. In particular, Ive always liked the Dodge Coronet SuperStock cars, they are pretty unique as far as looks go.
I like the superstock Impala's and ford ThunderBolts as welll, but those Hemi Coronet superstock cars are probably my favorite.
I'd also like to get myself a mint GMC Syclone......just because I miss my old one.
Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
lol if i had to get old school truck it would be either 1956/7 chevy or a 1970s ford but i wouldnt mind the pick up-small version of a semi like tbucket they look badass, i also like little bit of a lift but custom 88 ranger, but a 1969 camaro or a 1967 gt 500 is a total dream but if i found 1966 oldsmoble olds with a rocket engine 98 edition im probably forgetting something on it like my dad had i wouldnt mind it though that was a boat early nova isnt bad looking if done right i dont mind a road runner impalas im not big on but they are nice to see , but gtos n chargers arent bad

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
I've always been an amc fan the Amx and rambler being my favorites. Also like the early galaxies, falcons, torinos, and fairlanes. For Chevrolet my favs are 66-69 chevelles, 68 being my favorite. Nova's up to 72 are on my list of favs. Mopars don't really do anything for me but barracudas (not cuda) and early dusters/demons are ok.

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
The AMX is one of my favorite cars. I also like the falcon's and Galaxies. I'd rather have one of those than a mustang or something more common honestly.
Barracudas are cool depending on the year. Was it the Cuda or Barracuda that had the wrap around back glass? or was the an option for both? Because I'm not a fan of the wrap around rear glass, but otherwise like the early barracuda's.

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
The barracuda up to 69 are ok, after that big ugly car imho. I don't know when they started calling them cudas but I've always called them cudas after 70.

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
I like them all, except for the ones with the wrap around glass in the back.
I like this:
But not this:
Maybe it was pre-67n that has the wrap around glass, and 68 and 69 that had the normal fastback.
I'm not sure.....

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
I like the big glass cause you dont see it much. I also like the monte aero coupe/ grand prix 2+2 that I know you hate.

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
Nope, not a fan. Seems I'm just not a fan of cars with big glass rear windows.
Oddly enough, I like the Grand Prix 2+2 slightly better than the Monte Aerocoupe, but I'm still can't call myself a fan of either.

Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
HA! I used to own a barracuda 1965 (with the big ugly back window) but there were people doing this with them

What is that in the back? It's hard to see due to picture size.
Re: what type of muscle car do you like?
